The flesh contains 4.8% sucrose, 13.8% reducing sugars, and 72.4 mg of vitamin C per 100 grams. It has a sweet taste with a honey fragrance and a magnificent flavor. It is high-yielding and stable, with no significant alternation between heavy and light fruiting years. The fruit matures in late May.
