Super cool piece of history. These pliers that were used in leather working, by shoe cobblers, or in upholstery. On the hammer part is a name of manufacture and a number 3. These still open and close freely. A tip is broken off one of the handles and can be seen in the pictures. Measures 8 3/4LSee all the pictures as they are part of the description, sold as-is.
