The remote requires one 9V battery, not included. THERE IS NO BATTERY CHARGER. You will need a charger to recharge the battery. Unfortunately I had two of these cars and only one charger (other car is also for sale). The box has heavy wear around the edges and corners. The side of the box became unglued. Please review pictures carefully for condition.
