We replaced the knob on our Braiser to the darker gold option, so this "light gold" colored one was only used twice. Open packaging is from the replacement only used to show size. Includes knob and screw.

Oven safe up to 500° F / 260 ° C . A terrific replacement for their standard Black signature knobs as it has a higher oven safe temperature.
